The policy is intentionally simple. If you meet the points below, we will check your usage and refund you.
Email us within 3 days of the first developerOS Pro payment. After that the purchase is final.
The money-back window applies to the first payment of a developerOS Pro subscription.
Write to support@developeros.in from the email you signed up with, or tell us which email it is. You do not need to give a reason.

If you qualify, we refund that first payment to your original payment method and paid CloudPrep access ends. Your bank may take several business days to show it.
